If you want to get the most out of being the best S.O.B. possible, you must also feel your best. That means having energy, accomplishing what you want throughout the day, and eating and exercising for your body type.

This also includes prevention (for early detection) knowing your calories, and keeping your mind active. Surround yourself with activities and people who are are stimulating. Try things you’ve never done before. And find doctors who you feel comfortable with.

Nothing is more important than your health. If you don’t have the ability to get through the day, it’s going to be difficult to accomplish what you want. Attitude adjustment and a sound plan for healthy living, can make all the difference.

  2. One pound = 3500 calories so know what goes into your mouth.
  3. Exercise controls inches and stamina.
  4. Take your vitamins, supplements and any meds you’re prescribed.
