One More Hour of Sleep!

We are now back in the sunlight of early morning and the getting dark early and not being able to see where you’re going! And although I love getting up with light, I don’t like it getting dark so early.

But now you have no more excuses for not getting in that hour of exercise, or writing the pages to fulfill your book or just taking time to meditate and zone out. I can tell you I really enjoyed getting that extra hour of sleep and my precious kitties hung right in there with me.

I know your body clock takes a while to catch up with this, and you need to make a few adjustments but the saying goes that the “early bird catches the worm.”  So think about what you are going to squeeze into that special time. It always bothered me when it got dark so early up north but now I find it hard to read the street signs after 6 p.m. Signs of aging??

Anyway, we are now officially into the holiday season so all your schedules will be slightly off. I think it’s a good time to start thinking about what you need to do to get ready for 2019. That way, you can start off with a bang rather than a wimpy whistle.
